PMS worsened
I took this supplement in a dosage of two pieces per day along with DIM to normalise hormones and address mastopathy. Although my periods decreased, I experienced heightened symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, including breast pain and irritability. While the discomfort in my breasts diminished, I’m uncertain whether it was from this supplement or DIM. Additionally, my sexual desire decreased, so whilst there were benefits, the worsening of my PMS was a concern.
